At The Oud Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original, unopened luxury packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned oud, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
